Your Role

As an AR Accounting Trainee, you will support our Accounts Receivable team in day-to-day financial operations. You’ll gain practical experience, learn from experienced professionals, and develop skills that are essential for a future career in finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Bank statement processing: Booking and matching bank statements with sales invoices
• Reconciliation: Supporting AR reconciliation and clearing activities
• Customer management: Assisting with AR customer creation and maintaining accurate records
• Invoice monitoring: Tracking overdue invoices and supporting follow-up actions
• Credit notes: Creating credit notes as needed
• Intercompany invoicing: Managing intercompany (IC) invoicing and preparing IC summaries
• Reporting: Supporting the preparation of reports for the statistical center
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed

• Education: Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and clear communication
• Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environment
• Systems: Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage, but not required
