WE ARE LOOKING FOR AI Solution Engineer

We are seeking experienced AI Solution Engineers to join our delivery team. You will combine technical expertise, systems thinking and customer-facing skills to design, develop and implement AI-powered solutions that improve operational performance for enterprise clients. You will translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, lead prototypes and production deployments and ensure solutions integrate safely and reliably with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes and define measurable success metrics.
Design end-to-end AI solutions (data pipelines, models, MLOps, integrations) aligned with client constraints and goals.
Rapidly prototype models and proofs-of-concept; demonstrate business value and iterate with stakeholders.
Implement robust MLOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, model versioning, monitoring, retraining).
Integrate AI components into clients’ operational systems.
Produce technical documentation, run knowledge-transfer sessions and support client adoption.

Required Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Experience with data engineering: ETL, SQL/noSQL, data modeling and feature pipelines.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model serving frameworks, monitoring).
Experience integrating services via REST APIs and working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, design patterns).
Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills; experience working directly with clients.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred (nice-to-have)

Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
Prior consultancy or client-facing delivery experience.
