YOUR MISSION:

Leadership

  • Responsible for all aspects of the performance management and professional development of the team, including recruitment, development plans, providing constructive feedback, appraisals and exit processes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by actively engaging team members, promoting open communication, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
  • Compliance with and implementation of legal and operational requirements regarding occupational health and safety within your own area of responsibility.

Global Consumer Experience Strategy And Product Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global consumer experience strategy aligned with PUMA’s vision, brand values, and business objectives
  • Oversee the lifecycle of all consumer-facing products from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet consumer needs and market demands
  • Work closely with regional teams to understand local market dynamics, consumer preferences, and cultural nuances to tailor consumer experience initiatives
  • Drive a global E-Commerce product backlog, being the champion of the consumer, always putting the customer needs at the forefront of design and prioritisation
  • Champion the PUMA brand, ensuring all consumer experience strategies and initiatives align with PUMA’s brand identity and values.

Consumer Journey Optimisation:

  • Enhance the entire consumer journey, focusing on both the upper funnel (search and merchandising) and lower funnel (checkout, payments, repeat purchase)
  • Utilise consumer feedback, user research & digital behavioural insight to drive product improvements and innovations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

UX/UI Design and Design Systems:

  • Drive the design and implementation of a seamless, intuitive, and engaging UX/UI across all digital touchpoints
  • Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all digital platforms and aligns with PUMA’s brand identity
  • Continuously update and refine the design system based on user feedback and evolving industry standards, collaborating with Marketing, Business Units & Engineering teams to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Search & Merchandising Optimisation:

  • Enhance the search functionality and merchandising strategies to ensure consumers can easily find products and are presented with relevant product assortments
  • Utilise search and merchandising analytics to identify trends and improve algorithms for better consumer satisfaction and conversion rates.

Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Implement rigorous testing protocols (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of consumer experience initiatives
  • Optimise conversion rates through data-driven insights and iterative improvements, ensuring that the consumer experience is continuously refined and improved.

YOUR TALENT:

  • 10–15 years of experience in digital product management, consumer experience, or E-Commerce, with leadership roles in global or multi-market environments
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end digital product portfolios and shaping customer-centric experiences across web, mobile, and omnichannel touchpoints
  • Strong expertise in product discovery, prioritisation, and lifecycle management, grounded in consumer insights and data
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI, design systems, and experimentation, with the ability to partner effectively with design and engineering
  • Experienced people leader, capable of building high-performing product and CX teams and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Product-led, consumer-obsessed leader with a pragmatic mindset and strong commercial awareness.
