Finance and Systems Manager

Your new role
You will take full ownership of the organisation's financial systems, ensuring their integrity, optimisation and ongoing development. Acting as a key link between Finance and Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate data, robust reporting and efficient transactional processes.You will:

• Lead the administration and optimisation of the company's ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Deliver weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting to support analysis and strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard data integrity across all financial information and systems.
• Drive process automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and streamlined financial operations.
• Contribute to system upgrades, improvements and troubleshooting, ensuring Finance always has the tools and insight it needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Full accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a plus.
• Other strong systems and implementation experience may also be considered.
• Strong financial reporting capability and analytical skills.
• Experience in process improvement, automation and lean finance methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Must be located in Ireland with full working rights

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent, full‑time role offering a salary depending on experience of €70,000 - €110,000 plus bonus and benefits and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a forward‑thinking organisation.
