Program Project Manager

🔹 Manager – Programme Delivery & Health System Transformation

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of defined programme workstreams across ECC, PCTWL and NSS operating model redesign. You will translate strategy into execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and workstreams, including ECC delivery, PCTWL implementation and NSS redesign
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource tracking
• Lead process mapping, service redesign and future-state operating model development
• Track and report progress, risks, issues and benefits to senior leadership and PMO
• Engage with operational managers, clinical leads and regional teams to deliver outcomes
• Facilitate workshops, working groups and design sessions
• Support change management, training and adoption activities
• Contribute to digital enablement, data quality, KPIs and performance reporting

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years’ experience delivering projects or programmes in large, complex organisations (healthcare/public sector preferred)
• Strong hands-on project management and service redesign experience
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting digital or data-enabled service transformation

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in healthcare, management, business or public administration
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable
• IMCA (Member level) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
