HR Project Manager-Business Partner

About The Role

We're looking for an HR Project Manager / Business Partner to support Aerones' growth by building scalable people processes and partnering closely with leaders in a fast-paced, international environment. This role combines HR partnership, project ownership, HR operations, and learning initiatives.

What You'll Do

Partner with managers and leaders on performance, team development, and employee relations
Lead HR projects such as process improvements, policy rollouts, and people initiatives
Own and improve core HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding)
Drive Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding programs, manager development, and skills-building activities
Support performance review cycles and individual development planning
Use HR data and feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager, or similar role
Solid understanding of HR operations, employment law, and people processes
Experience managing HR or cross-functional projects end-to-end
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, international, tech-driven environment
Fluent in English

Nice to have:

Experience in tech, engineering, or manufacturing companies
Experience in a scaling or startup environment
