This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Engineer at FutureBens in Berlin. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure of the perks platform. Day-to-day tasks may include coding, testing, and collaborating with the founding team to continuously improve and innovate the platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience in building scalable web applications
- Knowledge of database management and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
