As a Junior Project Manager for Transformation at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Plan and control end-to-end complex projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with goals.

- Actively manage multiple stakeholders, including senior profiles.

- Prepare clear, structured, and decision-oriented reporting for C-level executives.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and deviations early, with timely escalation.

- Ensure disciplined execution, rigorous follow-up, and on-time delivery.

- Produce executive presentations and status materials to a high standard.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

- Possess 2-3 years of experience in project management or PMO within demanding and structured contexts.

- Hold a degree in Engineering (any specialty), valued for structured thinking.

- Have previous experience in consulting, Big 4, or large organizations managing complex programs.

- Are organized, analytical, and execution-oriented.

- Have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage expectations.

- Are comfortable interacting with and reporting to senior management levels.
