The Mission

As a Backend Engineer, you won’t just be writing code; you will be architecting the backbone of a new digital economy. You will play a pivotal role in developing secure, scalable, and decentralized platforms that handle high-value transactions globally.

Your Core Challenges:

• System Architecture: Design and develop high-throughput microservices for complex blockchain networks.
• Web3 Integration: Work on the integration of smart contracts and distributed ledger technology (DLT) with traditional backend systems.
• Security First: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure the integrity of digital assets and smart contract interactions.
• Performance Optimization: Tackle latency and scalability challenges inherent in blockchain environments.

Technical DNA & Experience:

• Expertise: Solid background in Go (Golang), Node.js, or Java.
• Blockchain Context: Proven experience with Ethereum (EVM), Hyperledger Besu/Fabric, or similar blockchain frameworks.
• Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Clean Code: A strong advocate for TDD, CI/CD, and maintainable software architecture.
• Communication: Fluency in English is essential, as you will be collaborating with an international engineering team.
