Product Manager (m/w/d) Mobile Radiocommunication Testers

Join our team as a Product Manager for the CMX500 Signaling Tester, utilizing your technical expertise and collaborative approach to improve product features and work with various teams to meet customer needs.

Your tasks


  • Development and execution of Sales Training Plans, with active participation in sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer to Sales Teams.
  • Creation of Marketing Materials, including Brochures, Press Releases, Presentations and more.
  • Alignment with R&D on Product Features, Option Concepts, Development Proposals, Price Approvals, and Conducting Competitive Analysis.
  • Coordinating On-Site Customer Activities in Collaboration with our Field Application Engineers.
  • Defining customer segments and directly discussing requirements with clients.
  • Managing Key Customer Collaborations.
  • Close collaboration with R&D Labs to foster important customer partnerships.

Your Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mobile radio communication technologies and standards (e.g., 3GPP, 4G, 5G).
  • Experience in product management, marketing, or sales in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling Marketing Materials, such as Brochures, Press Releases and Presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead or facilitate cross-functional teams and collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales and Application Engineering teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required for international customer visits, training and other business needs.
  • Fluent English skills in both written and spoken, with additional languages (e.g., German) being an advantage.
