Project Manager

Role: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations) and external vendors/consultants
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans
• Ensure data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities are executed successfully
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
• Ensure ERP solutions align with business processes and best practices
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
• Support training, change management, and post-implementation support activities

Required skils

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience as an IT Project Manager, with ERP implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor)
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
• Experience in ERP cloud migrations or digital transformation projects
• Experience working with system integrators or ERP vendors
