Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Technical PM & Scrum Master to lead the delivery and operation of high-performance computing (HPC) and data centre platforms. This role is hands-on, highly technical, and combines HPC operations leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities for a technical delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and delivery of HPC and data centre infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking
• Plan and deliver HPC migrations, upgrades, and deployments, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Act as Scrum Master for an HPC engineering team, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive operational stability, reliability, and performance of HPC platforms
• Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to manage backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps
• Identify and remove delivery and operational impediments
• Manage risks, dependencies, capacity, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage vendors and suppliers for hardware, software, and services
• Communicate effectively with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with HPC environments (compute, storage, networking)
• Background in technical operations management for HPC or large-scale infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering data centre or HPC infrastructure projects
• Scrum Master experience with technical/engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Scrum Master certification; SAFe experience is a plus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and financial management skills
• Experience working in global, distributed teams
