Please be aware that related factory is in Kartal, Istanbul and will be moved to Dilovası, Kocaeli in 6 months.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Contract detailed review, understand the requirements of the agreed contract, finds the conflicts, deviations / clarifications, coordinates between customer & factory the same understanding on the project details. Updates the contract / order related documents like Hand Over Check lists, Project Dash Board, MPS submittal commitments, etc.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Project dash board entrance & updates, recording all margin slippage, cost increase, LDs, etc.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. Provides the quality outcome of documents to be provided to customer, Approval drawings, customer formats, customer expectation for submittals coordination, milestone achievements, factory priorities vs customer expectations alignment. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables, pro-actively monitors the all milestones in the project and raise the flag pro-actively. Like any non- quality approach from vendors will be red flagged and for long term feedback will be provided to all factory stakeholders no to repeat the same mistake.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. In production- quality -shipment- transport & logistics coordination, when necessary step in and carry to higher level for actions.
• Manages projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coordinate between customer & factory all parties. Participate at the regular hand overs / reviews / planning / testing / CCRP coordination/ Collection follow up meetings.
• Follows the Project budget vs actual costs occur, raise the red flag pro-actively. FCM updates at Project design completed and Support the Controlling & SAP usage for Project Sales Order updates, invoicing, Shipping Documents are prepared by defined tools.
• Listen to Customer and send T-NPS surveys to hear the Customer voice and get feedback for continuous improvement. Cash collection, milestone achievements, necessary coordination & Notification for cash collection between customers, factory & controlling.Customs documents for Export business are prepared according to Customer & country requirements. CCRPs from customers close follow up and resolve on time and closure coordination.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines
  
  

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Electrical, Mechanical Engineering is a plus,
• Min.3 years of experience in Project Management within the related industry,
• Demonstrated experience in project scope, cost, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors’ management. Being able to manage projects and communicate effectively,
• Being committed to excellence, customer, and action oriented, decision making and according to situation flexibility. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication&Negotiation and problem-solving capability,
• Valid PMP Certificate is a plus,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.
