ABOUT THE JOB

As an IT System Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will manage core systems, resolve escalated incidents, participate in infrastructure projects, and collaborate with teams across multiple countries.

In this role, you will help maintain reliable IT operations, support strategic projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our global IT environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN IT SYSTEM ENGINEER?

• Provide 2nd line support and resolve complex infrastructure-related incidents
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Configure, monitor, and optimize IT resources
• Participate in IT projects, including system migrations and upgrades
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold security and compliance standards

WHAT YOU WILL BRING AS AN IT SYSTEM ENGINEER

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer in Microsoft environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365, and Azure
• Ability to automate recurring IT tasks
• Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup systems, and security solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Valid driving license
