  • Enabling downstream use cases such as BI, analytics, and data science / AI
  • Working hands-on with a modern Azure-based data stack
  • Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Operating independently and confidently in ambiguous, evolving project contexts

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
  • Hands-on experience building and running ETL/ELT pipelines in production
  • Solid data modelling skills (star/snowflake, semantic layers)
  • Extensive experience with Azure, including technologies such as:
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Databricks / Spark
  • Data Lake
  • Synapse and/or Microsoft Fabric
  • Snowflake
  • Advanced SQL and Python for data processing and transformations
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and business stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously and take ownership of solutions
  • Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written)

What’s on offer

  • Work on high-impact customer projects involving modern data platforms
  • Exposure to analytics- and AI-driven use cases
  • Strong technical environment with experienced data professionals
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Oslo-based role with hybrid working model
