Wifi Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in campus and data center networking environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless, WAN technologies, and modern SD-WAN solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale network infrastructures to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support campus network environments, including wired and wireless infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching across enterprise and data center networks
• Support and optimize data center architectures, ensuring scalability and resilience
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions to improve WAN performance and reliability
• Implement and maintain WAN optimization technologies, including WAN accelerators
• Design, deploy, and support WiFi networks, ensuring optimal coverage and performance
• Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for complex issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and application requirements
• Maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in campus networking environments
• In-depth knowledge of routing and switching (enterprise and data center)
• Experience with data center network architectures
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
• Experience with WAN Accelerators
• Strong knowledge of WiFi / wireless networking

Vendor & Technology Experience:

• Cisco, Arista, and Aruba switches and data center equipment
• Aruba Wireless solutions
• Silver Peak SD-WAN
• Riverbed WAN Accelerators

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Aruba, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or multi-site environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
