We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet stakeholder expectations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and effective communication
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor and develop project team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing
  
  

• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
• Significant experience in leading and managing complex projects in a corporate environment
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of the specific industry or domain in which the projects operate (if applicable)
