What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and result in actionable outcomes
• Maintain and update the team's sprint board and other agile tools to ensure transparency and accuracy of work progress
• Coach the development team on Scrum values, principles, and best practices
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary
• Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key agile metrics
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3-5 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification

• Familiarity with various agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing)
• Strong servant-leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
