Digital Project Manager

Realtime Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Digital Business Analyst/Project Manager with a strong technical background and experience in B2B and SaaS environments. This dual-role position requires a balance of analytical, technical, and project management skills to successfully bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and internal teams, both collaboratively and independently, to deliver high-quality business analysis and comprehensive business requirements documentation.
• Elicit, capture, prioritize, and manage business requirements effectively through proactive engagement with stakeholders.
• Serve as a key liaison and translator between customer-facing teams and technical/platform teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
• Advocate for and promote new features and products within internal teams, ensuring a deep understanding of the Mail Metrics product suite through demonstrations, training, and feedback loops.
• Support the budgeting, scoping, planning, and shaping of customer solutions to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Leverage excellent process and data mapping skills to provide clear and actionable insights.
• Develop and document “as-is” and “to-be” business operating scenarios in collaboration with end users to facilitate process improvements.
• Collaborate as part of an innovative team, championing the importance of continuous integration, delivery, quality assurance, and process/test automation.

Technical Expertise

• Work closely with development and operations teams
• Evaluate and recommend SaaS tools and platforms to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management roles.
• Proven experience in B2B and SaaS environments.
• Understanding of AWS concepts and architectures.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project management software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools.
