Growth Product Designer (Justdone)

We are looking for a Growth Product Designer, whose main mission is to work closely with the PMM team to drive product growth through design experiments, analytics, and deep user understanding — from conversion to activation.

• Design and launch experiments together with the PMM and Growth teams
• Research user behavior and identify growth opportunities across activation, conversion, and onboarding
• Create iterative solutions — from quick tests to scalable improvements
• Analyze experiment results and propose next steps and hypotheses

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong UX and interaction design skills
• Solid understanding of product and marketing funnels (activation, retention, referral)
• Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and result interpretation
• Strong experience with Figma and prototyping
• Experience working with copy and UX writing
• Understanding of PMM principles and growth marketing
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
