Requirements

  • Manage Nokia Cloud (NCP, NCOM, NCD) projects/programs end-to-end across all phases, from delivery approach definition to completion, including closure and/or handover.
  • Lead project/program teams and manage internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partner organizations.
  • Ensure overall project/program success with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Own and drive end-to-end project/program communication, planning, risk, change, and opportunity management.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project/program information in relevant tools and repositories, in line with company policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end software projects or programs in a cloud and/or telecom environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies and practices (planning, risk, change, and stakeholder management).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and complex technical environments (e.g., Nokia Cloud solutions such as NCP, NCOM, NCD).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining project data and documentation.
