Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business teams to drive data-backed product decisions. The role focuses on user behavior analysis, feature adoption, funnel optimization, and experimentation to improve product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Product Analytics & Insights

• Define, track, and analyze product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, conversion)
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product and leadership teams
• Identify user drop-offs, bottlenecks, and feature adoption gaps

🧪 Experimentation & Impact Analysis

• Design and analyze A/B experiments
• Measure impact of new features, releases, and UX changes
• Provide actionable insights to improve product performance and user experience

🔍 Data-Driven Decision Support

• Translate business and product questions into analytical problems
• Perform deep-dive analyses using SQL/Python/BI tools
• Present insights with clear narratives and recommendations

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs)
• Work with Engineering to ensure accurate event tracking and data quality
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with product usage insights

🧠 User & Market Understanding

• Analyze user cohorts, personas, and customer journeys
• Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions with data
• (Optional) Analyze churn, NPS, and customer feedback data

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Must-Have

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, aggregations)
• Experience with product analytics tools (MS Clarity, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Clevertap, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

➕ Good-to-Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS / FinTech / Compliance / ERP products
• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks
• Understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention curves
• Background with Compliance is a huge plus
