Zensar is looking for a Healthcare Product Manager with Salesforce Health Cloud Experience in Latam (%100 Remote). This is a contract position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce (SFDC) Product Manager with deep experience in Life Sciences or MedTech and a strong understanding of Patient Service workflows. In this role, you will own the strategy and delivery of Salesforce-enabled patient service solutions—improving workflows such as enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, and overall case management.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, patient access, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product roadmap for SFDC Service Cloud solutions supporting patient services
• Partner closely with Patient Services, Access & Reimbursement, and Operations teams
• Drive user research, workflow mapping, and requirement gathering
• Collaborate with SFDC admins, developers, and engineering to deliver high-quality features
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and Life Sciences regulatory standards
• Continuously optimize case workflows to improve patient speed‑to‑start and support outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Life Sciences / MedTech / Healthcare
• Background in Patient Services (case management, enrollment, benefits, PA, HUB workflows)
• Strong Product or Team Leadership experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• SFDC Certified (Service Cloud strongly preferred)
• Ability to work in a near‑shore model and support East Coast hours
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations, legal, compliance, engineering, and commercial teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other CRM-based patient service tools
• Exposure to specialty therapy, reimbursement, PSP programs, or HUB services
• Process mapping / analytics background (case throughput, KPIs, workflow optimization)
