Position: Product Design/UX Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$125/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate product design decisions, UX flows, and interface patterns
• Provide structured feedback on user journeys, usability, and visual taste preferences
• Review and assess product mockups and design concepts
• Apply professional judgment to AI research tasks related to product design quality
• Contribute insights that improve AI understanding of real-world design standards

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Product Design or UX at a prestigious tech firm
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe design tools
• Proven ability to create and evaluate product mockups
• Experience providing UX and user journey feedback
• Excellent written communication skills for clear design rationale and feedback
