The Position:

This 7-month contract Project Coordinator role (with possible extension) sits within a centralised IT PMO supporting multiple technology projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and PMO leadership to coordinate governance, reporting, and project administration, ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and supporting multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Coordinate project administration across a portfolio of IT projects, supporting Project Managers Day to day.
• Maintain project registers including risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and change logs.
• Coordinate PMO meetings and governance forums, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project documentation and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and JIRA.
• Prepare project and portfolio reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders

Experience and Competencies:

• Experience supporting multiple Project Managers within an IT PMO or technology project environment.
• Understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
