Project Manager

CGC Recruitment are partnering with a well-established builder to recruit an experienced Project Manager for high-end residential apartment projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This builder has been operating for over 10 years and has delivered multiple award-winning Class 2 apartment developments. They pride themselves on exceptional attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and working with some of the best suppliers in Sydney and internationally.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, professional team that genuinely cares about delivering projects that stand out from the rest and not just getting them built but getting them built to very high detail.

With two new projects due to commence this year, they are looking to bring someone on board in the coming weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-end residential builds from start to finish
• Prepare and manage construction programs, budgets, and cost reporting
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
• Oversee site teams and ensure construction aligns with design intent
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication throughout the build
• Identify and manage risks, variations, and project changes
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and professionalism on site

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in class 2 residential apartments
• Strong understanding of luxury finishes, detailing, and architectural builds
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
• Thorough knowledge of NSW building regulations and construction processes
• Relevant construction qualification
