Junior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer (NOC) to join an international network operations team supporting a 24/7 IT & OT environment across multiple European locations.

You will help operate, secure and maintain network infrastructure while learning from experienced engineers and participating in real-life projects (data centers, cloud connectivity, WAN modernization).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support network operations in a 24/7 environment
• Analyze and resolve network incidents and technical issues
• Support deployment and maintenance of IT and OT systems
• Work with firewall, routing and switching technologies
• Collaborate with international teams and support European sites

Profile

• Junior level with first relevant experience or strong internship background
• Basic networking knowledge (CCNA level: routing & switching)
• Familiar with firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point) and Cisco CLI
• Experience with Python and monitoring/logging tools is a plus
• Interest in OT environments is an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus

• Dutch or French + fluent English

Practical Info

• Location: Brussels area
• Start: ASAP
• First 3 months on-site, then hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
• Must be able to travel to Belgian sites when required
