Senior Network Engineer - Long Term B2B/Freelancer - Global Banking Client

Long term opportunity to join of our biggest banking clients to support multiple projects as an experienced Network Engineer. Unique opportunity to design, test, automate, and upgrade secure, cloud-ready networks using Juniper technology and modern networking tools to ensure critical networks and cloud systems operate to standard in one of the biggest banks globally.

Contract: 6 month (rolling)

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)

Language: English

To be successful in this role you must have experience working in agile team environments and strong experience with IP routing, VLANs, DNS, VPNs.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Design, implement, and upgrade enterprise and service-provider-grade network solutions
• Perform network testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and security
• Develop and maintain network test automation frameworks and scripts
• Configure and support Juniper network devices (routing, switching, and security platforms)
• Support cloud networking integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Contribute to SD-WAN design, deployment, and optimization
• Ensure networks meet security, performance, and availability standards
