Are you a Data Engineer who wants to work on data that actually powers a product not just dashboards?
This role sits at the heart of a global, multi-tenant SaaS platform where data drives customer-facing insights, security decisions, and upcoming AI-powered features. You’ll be building and evolving data systems that ingest and process large volumes of real-world event data, and that need to be reliable, scalable, and fast.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and scaling data pipelines and platforms on AWS
- Working with high-volume event and usage data
- Partnering closely with product and engineering to turn data into features customers rely on
- Improving reliability, performance, and observability as the system grows
- Helping lay the groundwork for AI-driven capabilities
What we’re looking for
- Experience building data systems at scale (not just analytics)
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Comfort in cloud-native environments (AWS experience a big plus)
- A pragmatic engineer who ships, learns, and iterates
- Someone who enjoys ownership and collaborating in small, high-impact teams
Why this role
- You’ll work on mission-critical infrastructure used by engineering teams worldwide
- Real technical depth: distributed systems, scale, and security-adjacent data
- Competitive comp, equity, flexible working, and a sustainable pace
- UK or Ireland-based, remote-friendly
If you want to build data systems that sit close to the product and grow with a fast-scaling team let’s talk.
