Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Join our team as a UX/UI Designer and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization.

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in a digital field but, above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:

• Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.

• Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1000 clients from all sectors worldwide.

Your missions

• Define and structure a comprehensive vehicle UX/HMI design system in close collaboration with the client’s lead designer.
• Use Figma as the central platform to organize, categorize, and manage all UI components (themes, states, variants) according to client guidelines.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
• Contribute to visual design and styling proposals, focusing on aesthetic quality and user experience.
• Support design exploration by creating alternative paths (“bivi di design”) using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for motion or visual enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, functionality, and client expectations.
• Stay up to date on emerging design trends and tools, including Figma AI features for automation and suggestion.

Your profile

• 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX or visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design systems and digital interfaces.
• Advanced expertise in Figma – including components, variants, auto-layout, and design system management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for visual design and motion prototyping.
• Fluent Italian (required) – both written and spoken, for seamless client communication.
• English (nice to have) – to collaborate in international project environments.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to propose and justify styling directions.
• Experience in design system creation and component-based design workflows.
• Curiosity for new tools such as Figma AI to enhance productivity and creativity.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in agile, client-facing projects.
