Project Manager

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Project Manager in Milan for one of our historic clients, a main actor in the European and global Banking landscape.

With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, they want to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and develop new business models.

The candidate will be at the head of the Delivery of a small and agile team operating at the client's site.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management (Transformation Program, Implementation, Service Delivery).
• Stakeholder management (external and internal).
• Coordination of local, nearshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure that all organizational process follows compliance parameters and standards.

Required Experience

• Italian and English communication proficiency.
• Ability to manage on-call meetings with large number of participants from different geographies.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Previous PMO experience.

Advantages

• Bachelor degree in Economic or Computer Science or other relevant studies.
