Key Responsibilities
Autonomy and independence: Showcase your capacity to work independently, taking ownership of projects and tasks.
Elevate user experience: Craft top-notch UX/UI solutions and concepts that prioritize quality and user satisfaction.
Full design participation: Be part of the entire design process, from the initial exploration and concept stages through prototyping, and provide support during development while closely collaborating with the development team to implement user-experience design best practices.
User-centric approach: Use research and testing methodologies to identify and understand user behavior, ensuring your work is influenced by user insights.
Deliver comprehensive design: Translate insights into tangible results, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interface designs, and design systems.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI, Interaction and/or Service Designer, along with a portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
A solid understanding of design principles, best practices, and proficiency in relevant design tools.
Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary, collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented environment.
Presentation, communication and collaboration skills in English.
EU citizenship (due to project).
Desired qualification
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
