Senior Software Testing Engineer (Manual Testing)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Testing Engineer with excellent spoken Lithuanian and strong hands-on experience in manual web testing. In this role, you will take ownership of testing activities across the full QA lifecycle, ensuring high product quality through structured analysis, thorough testing, and clear communication.

You will work on complex, business-critical systems where accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive quality ownership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and ensure full test coverage
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios
• Perform manual functional and UI testing of web applications
• Validate non-functional requirements such as stability, performance readiness, and basic security aspects
• Execute test cycles, track defects, and provide clear testing reports and status updates
• Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and QA practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in manual testing of web-based systems
• Excellent spoken Lithuanian (required)
• Solid communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in: Requirements analysis, Test case development, Test plan creation, Test planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing scope

Nice to have

• Understanding of performance testing fundamentals
• Knowledge of security testing types and approaches
• Experience working in enterprise or complex system environments

Salary range €3.3K-€4K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
