Internal Consultant – Major AIFM

Location: Luxembourg

I’m supporting my client, a major Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), in their search for an Internal Consultant. This is a unique and broad role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

You will act as an internal resource supporting different functions over time. The areas you will work with include, but are not limited to Risk, Accounting, Operations, and Valuation.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Audit or consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong project management.
• Technical: VBA, SQL, Python are nice-to-have (not mandatory).
• Languages: Strong English required; other languages are a plus.
• Certifications: CFA, ACCA or similar qualifications are attractive.
• Personality: Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
