Senior Java Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems that power customer journeys across retail and wholesale banking.

You'll work on a global Customer Data Management platform, responsible for mastering and distributing customer data across business lines and regions. The platform provides shared services for managing party and agreement data and plays a key role in enabling a truly global, next-generation banking ecosystem.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of features within a cross-functional squad

• Collaborate with product, journey experts, and engineers to turn business needs into technical solutions

• Influence architecture and technology choices

• Perform meaningful code reviews focused on quality and business value

• Mentor and support other engineers

Java 21+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cassandra, Azure SQL, CI/CD, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Must have

• Strong Java (21+) and Spring Boot experience

• Experience with DDD and Hexagonal Architecture

• Strong communication skills and mentoring experience

Nice to have

• Cloud/DevOps exposure

• Kafka, Cassandra

• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
