Your Mission Will Be

  • Design end-to-end AI-powered user experiences, from early concepts to final delivery;
  • Turn complex AI behaviors into intuitive, predictable, and human-centered interactions;
  • Define user journeys, interaction flows, and system states, including edge cases and failure scenarios;
  • Create glanceable, safety-conscious interfaces tailored for in-vehicle contexts;
  • Contribute to interaction and UX guidelines for AI-driven systems across voice and visual touchpoints.

You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, working at mid to senior level;
  • Strong grounding in user-centered design, interaction flows, and UI fundamentals such as hierarchy and readability;
  • Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools and close collaboration in cross-functional product teams;
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and constraints to stakeholders;
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Experience designing for automotive, embedded, or hardware-constrained platforms;
  • Familiarity with driver context, safety considerations, and glance-based interaction patterns;
  • Knowledge of in-vehicle platforms, HMI guidelines, or spatial and motion-based UI concepts;
  • Experience evolving or contributing to design systems and visual standards such as Material Design 3.
