The business is experiencing continued growth driven by a strong pipeline of high-quality client work, delivering complex, greenfield solutions for organisations across multiple industries.

As a consultancy, they’re known for working on technically challenging projects, combining modern engineering practices with close collaboration across product and client teams. Due to increased demand, they’re now looking to bring in an experienced Full Stack Engineer to support the next phase of delivery and growth.

The Role

My client is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience across Python and React. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling modern web applications, contributing across the full development lifecycle — from solution design through to deployment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on varied projects, often greenfield, with the opportunity to influence technical decisions and make a genuine impact on delivered solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in software development
• Proven experience working in a full stack capacity
• Strong Python experience on the backend
• Experience with modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask or similar)
• Solid experience with React.js (Next.js experience is beneficial)
• Comfortable working in a remote, English-speaking environment
• Consultancy, agency, or multi-project experience is advantageous
