Senior Product Manager - Payments

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Payments, you will lead the development and optimization of B2B and B2C payment solutions, including integrations, guest payments, and invoicing workflows. In this fully remote role, you will define and execute the product roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance, conversion, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and engage directly with customers to ensure exceptional experiences. Accountabilities

• Define the vision and strategy for B2B and B2C payment products, ensuring robust security and PCI compliance
• Lead the product lifecycle for payments integrations, guest payments, and invoicing features
• Analyze data to prioritize features, define KPIs, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, cost, and reliability
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and stakeholders to align on development scope and roadmap priorities
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure solutions remain competitive and compliant
• Maintain a forward-looking product roadmap balancing immediate execution with long-term strategic goals
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, with extensive experience in the Payments domain
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and guide strategic decisions
• Proven track record of solving complex problems using structured frameworks and cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in product specification, project execution, and coordinating complex initiatives
• Ability to develop comprehensive product roadmaps balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus across teams and management levels
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product strategies
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed environment across EMEA
