IT Integrator II

ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced IT Integrator who coordinates and drives the delivery of complex, multi-country payments initiatives. You are comfortable translating business and regulatory requirements into executable IT change, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring countries and services are successfully onboarded to a strategic payments platform while maintaining operational readiness.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
* Lead end-to-end delivery of payment transformations, including country onboarding, legacy platform decommissioning, and market infrastructure changes
* Coordinate stakeholders across product, architecture, IT delivery, operations, reliability teams, vendors, and local market teams
* Drive the full change lifecycle from readiness through build, testing, go-live, and stabilization
* Ensure readiness standards, acceptance criteria, risk mitigation, and dependency management across multiple initiatives
* Support operational excellence and incident follow-up while contributing to continuous improvement of ways of working

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE
* 5+ years of experience in payments, banking, IT integration, or delivery roles
* Strong knowledge of payment processing, such as ISO20022, cross-border payments, SEPA, high-value or domestic clearing services
* Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder IT deliveries or migrations
* Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and pressured timelines with a structured approach
