Network Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our team on-site in Rotterdam. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on professional who can deliver excellent helpdesk support and make a real impact while supporting an organization-wide Windows 11 upgrade project.

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday

📅 Contract Length: 2 Months

📍 Location: Rotterdam (On-site)

You will work closely with Deployment Specialists and senior engineers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and user-focused rollout across all end-user devices.

• Assist in the deployment and rollout of Windows 11 across user devices
• Provide first-level technical support to users during the upgrade process
• Support the senior team with preparation and testing of deployment tools
• Document procedures and assist with troubleshooting minor deployment issues
• Communicate clearly with users regarding upgrade schedules and provide guidance as needed

• Some experience in IT support or a related role
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Basic understanding of software deployment processes and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• 2-month contract
• Monday–Friday on-site work
• Hands-on exposure to a structured enterprise Windows 11 deployment
