We are looking for a Category Executive for our client. Our client is a leading multinational retail companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Advertising, Brand Management or in a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry and business processes,
• Experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing is a plus,
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, result-oriented, responsible, high business follow-up,
• Excellent command of English,
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Job Description

• Sets the overall Retail Product vision, strategy, targets and budget based on the Corporate and Commercial strategy and aligns it with the Head of Retail,
• Acts as an expert on the product group/category, go to market, combines all market insights including the competitor, market trend and portfolio information to develop and optimize the product group/category growth & innovation strategy,
• Managing supplier relationships to maximize brand support and business growth,
• Developing and executing Sales Business Plans and marketing activities with suppliers,
• Setting and aligning joint business plans and optimizing the use of initiative funds to maximize brand sales and profits,
• Managing sales forecasts to maintain optimum stock levels,
• Developing brand plans that align with customer objectives,
• Analyzing sales data and market share trends to develop targeted marketing activities,
• Analyzing category dynamics of the brands and gathering shopper insights to tailor marketing strategies and activities.
