Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experiencedDigital Architectto join our international Deloitte Digital team.

You will work with global clients, shaping and delivering end-to-end digital solutions that bring togetherweb, mobile, CMS, and MarTechecosystems.

This is ahands-on architecture role- you’ll combine technical leadership with delivery ownership. You’ll be the person who canlook at a challenge, design the architecture, choose the right stack, build the team, and drive the implementation.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 8+ yearsof experience insoftware development(Web ecosystem preferred).
• 3+ yearsinarchitectural or technical leadership roles.
• Deep understanding ofcomposable digital architectures(headless, API-first, micro-services, BFF) andcloud-native deployment patterns.
• Experience withCMS(e.g. Contentful, Storyblok, AEM) andeCommerce(e.g. Shopify).
• Solid knowledge ofNode.jsand modern frontend frameworks (React,Next.js, orAngular).
• Strong communication skills – ability to interact with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
  
  

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity withMarTech ecosystemsand personalization platforms (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Experience inpresales for enterprise digital initiatives– technical scoping, client workshops, and solution presentations.
• Understanding ofdelivery economics– effort estimation, scope modeling, and risk assessment.
• Exposure toDevOps practices,CI/CD automation(GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), andcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Your future role

As aDigital Architect, you will:

• Design and lead implementation ofcomposable digital architectures(CMS, DAM, PIM, eCommerce, SEO, MarTech), acting assolution ownerfrom discovery to delivery, and providingarchitectural oversight across multiple initiativesto ensure scalability, security, and alignment with Deloitte reference models.
• Integrateautomation and personalization capabilitiesinto digital ecosystems (workflow automation, content personalization, analytics).
• Collaborate withstrategic stakeholders, project managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to align technology with business outcomes, and lead presales activitiesfor complex multi-platform initiatives– technical scoping, estimations, PoCs, and client workshops.
• Mentorarchitects and senior engineersacross multiple teams and contribute to Deloitte'sengineering standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with theGroup Leadersontechnology strategy, practice development, and shaping long-term capability roadmap across teams.
