Your New Role

As a Cyber Security Consulting Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and a cornerstone of the Cybersecurity leadership team in the region. Your responsibilities include:

• Driving Growth: Leading the opportunity pipeline and spearheading business development activities, including RFI/RFP responses.
• Strategic Advisory: Consulting with key clients on emerging risks, threats, and the implementation of high-level cybersecurity products and services.
• Engagement Leadership: Taking ownership of prioritized client engagements, ensuring the delivery of agreed business outcomes.
• Thought Leadership: Demonstrating a strategic approach to cybersecurity excellence, maintaining trusted relationships at CXO and Board levels.
• Collaboration: Working across internal Sales, Pre-Sales, and Business Groups to create holistic engagement opportunities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a recognized Cybersecurity leader with an "all-rounder" profile and over 15 years of experience.

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in business outcome delivery, likely coming from a CISO, Deputy CISO, or Senior Management Consultant background.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence and command a room of CXO-level stakeholders.
• Business Centricity: A natural ability to apply a business lens to technical problems, ensuring security strategy aligns with corporate goals.
• Operational Excellence: Highly organized with the ability to manage simultaneous activities, meet deadlines, and lead high-performing teams.
• Local Insight: While not mandatory, experience within the UAE Public Sector is highly desirable.
