Data Scientist

We are looking for a Middle Data Scientist to strengthen our Data Science team. You will be involved in the full project cycle — from data analysis to deploying models into production — working within a cross‑functional team.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly formulate problems and ask the right questions
• Ability to look at challenges from different perspectives
• Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), SQL; confident use of Git
• Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms (Gradient Boosting — XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost, Random Forest, Logistic/Linear Regression, k-NN), including regularization methods, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning
• Knowledge of probability distributions, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and model interpretability
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras for CV or NLP tasks; ability to build and train models with TensorBoard logging
• Familiarity with MLflow / Weights & Biases and Docker; basic understanding of CI/CD for ML pipelines
• Practical experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training or deployment
• Data & AI certifications are a plus
• Ability to independently validate input data and model outputs
• Autonomy and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills
