SCHNEIDER GROUP is an international consulting company with 20 offices worldwide providing to international companies with services on accounting outsource, legal & tax consulting, market studies, interim management. You are welcome to join team of 37 people with strong expertise in our Kyiv office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic person, career starter in HR to cover HR topics acros Kyiv office and support our HR Generalist with possible further development to Generalist role.

What are the tasks and responsibilities?

• Acting as HR covering tasks in HR administration (37 employees), recruiting, target setting & performance management, learning & talent development, cross-office reporting
• Reporting to HR Generalist & Partner leading office in Ukraine

Whom are we looking for?

• Base experience in HR would be nice to have
• English level B1-B2 - preferable
• Strong desire to learn & when time goes by - develop within profession
• Hands-on approach, ready to cover several blocks of HR activity
• Developed communication skills, attentive to details, and high level of personal responsibility for qulity and result, desire to take care of people

What do we propose?

• Full time or part time employment is possible, but office presence is mandatory
