About The Role
This is a pivotal role in leading and driving the growth of Bolt’s Premium categories.
As Sr. Program Manager (Premium) you are expected to identify, prioritise and deliver key strategic initiatives to ensure growth and success of our Premium categories, leveraging on the data insights as well as your program area expertise and strategic thinking. You are required to build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.

About The Role

As Sr. Program Manager (Premium) you are expected to identify, prioritise and deliver key strategic initiatives to ensure growth and success of our Premium categories, leveraging on the data insights as well as your program area expertise and strategic thinking. You are required to build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Identifying, scoping, prioritising and driving key strategic initiatives for our Premium Segment aiming to deliver category growth, improving its value proposition and user engagement / experience
- Establishing sustainable service level for premium categories in our markets
- Leading the end to end implementation of programs through stakeholder collaboration and influencing local and other central teams (e.g. product, marketing, etc)
- Defining and achieving program’s success metrics and giving visibility on their goals, plans and progress to the business.
- Executing on the operational framework, guidelines and playbook to support the above so as to achieve strategic business goals
- Taking ownership of high value category metrics (category level GMV and contribution margin)
- You have 7+ years previous experience working in program management or a related field.
- You have demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
