We are looking for an Amazing: Project manager with scrum perspective

Type of position: Hybrid

The amazing you, will have:

• Project Management Expertise:
• Strong understanding of delivery planning and team capacity management.
• Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Scrum Master Skills:
• Proficient in running Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Ability to resolve impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Risk & Compliance Management:
• Skilled in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
• Experience in maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
• Communication:
• FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.u
• Adept at communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Tools & Technologies:

• Project Management Tools: Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Collaboration Tools: Confluence, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
• Testing Tools: Knowledge of manual or automated testing workflows is a plus.
• SCRUM certifications are a big PLUS.
