Job Description

Scrum Master for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework – which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.

• Guide and coach 2-3 Scrum teams in Agile practices and principles
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
• Support Scrum and Kanban practices for teams using this methodology
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement
• Assist in backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and prioritization
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning
• Protect teams from external disruptions and distractions
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
• Support and educate the organization in its Agile adoption journey.
