Lead Dotnet Developer (Cloud Transformation)

As a key developer and architect, you will drive the modernization and migration of enterprise applications to leading cloud environments using Hexaware’s proprietary Amaze® platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native applications in client environments.
• Modernize and migrate monolithic and service-oriented applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, PCF, GCP) using Hexaware’s Amaze® suite.
• Architect and implement microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with multicultural, international teams to deliver high-impact cloud transformation solutions.
• Leverage Hexaware’s cloud replatforming tools to accelerate client journeys to the cloud.
• Drive adoption of cloud best practices and mentor development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ hands-on experience in .NET development and architectural design.
• Expertise in: .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, WCF, web services.
• Proficient in backend REST API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP, PCF, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Azure services: Azure File, Azure Batch, Azure SQL, Azure Blob, Azure Service Bus.
• Additional skills preferred: MS SQL Server, IIS, Kestrel, Azure DevOps, unit testing.
• Familiar with JIRA, Agile methodologies, and IBM MQ.
• CI/CD experience: Bamboo, CARA, Bitbucket (a plus).
• Understanding of RDBMS and application integration patterns.
