Join a global CRO recognized for its excellence in statistical analysis and data management. This client is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to lead clinical programs, mentor teams, and deliver high-impact results for ground-breaking therapies.

What will you be doing?

• Manage clinical trial programs, provide operational oversight, and ensure sound statistical methodologies.
• Coach and guide biostatisticians and statistical programmers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design protocols, develop methodologies, and contribute innovative ideas to drug development.
• Develop SAPs, perform advanced statistical modelling, and validate core statistical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, oversee statistical QC, and maintain impeccable deliverable quality.
• Support sponsors during regulatory reviews and ensure datasets meet agency requirements.

What do you bring to the table?

• Ph.D. in Statistics or a related field with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years of proven expertise.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis, programming, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
